Credits are how usage is measured across Minded. Every action your AI Agents perform (starting tasks, AI calls, browser sessions, and app actions) consumes credits. You only pay for what you use, with one simple currency instead of separate per-feature fees.

New Automation Task: 10 credits. AI provider calls: 1.5× underlying model cost. App actions (integrations, webhooks): 1 credit. Browser agent session: 1 credit per second. Mindly and AI Recorder: 50 credits.

Unused credits do not roll over on monthly plans. They reset at the start of each billing cycle. On annual plans, credits roll over month to month within your billing year. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom rollover terms.

You can still use Minded, and all of your AI Agents will be saved. Until you top-up your account your AI Agents will stop receiving new Automation Tasks. You can top up credits at any time from your billing settings to resume operations.

Yes. You can purchase top-up credit packs at any time from your billing settings without changing your plan. Top-up credits are available immediately and do not expire until used.

Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment for 12 months. You get extra credits compared to the equivalent monthly plan, so the more you commit, the more value you get.

No. The Free plan requires no credit card.

Yes. All team members share the workspace's credit pool. Higher-tier plans include more seats, analytics, developer environments, and advanced access controls.

You do. All output generated by your AI Agents belongs to you. Your Customer Data also remains yours at all times.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your available credits will remain accessible until the end of your current billing period.
